in a culture that says Love is just Love…
Better than all spiritual gifts, Better than any earthly thing, better than anything we can humanly comprehend, is Love.
The notion that we can experience and offer Love in its fullness on this side of heaven is in my opinion the height of our human pride.

Who can ever live up to the true definition of love?
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7
For God so LOVED the world that He gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
There is only one man who can boast of LOVE and it is Jesus.
Sister, let us lean into true love today. That is Jesus.
