The Grief of today-How the disciples must have felt as the sun rose.

The day after death.
The disciples were often not quite sure of things. They KNEW who Jesus was but their flesh couldn’t understand what God was doing. They often asked Jesus. “What do you mean?”, “Where are you going?”, “How do we get there, again?”,

This is not a time to make our kids feel the magic of Christmas.

When our kids understand how many centuries it took for Jesus to be born, they can better understand the anticipation and aww that we experience in remembering the day of Jesus’ birth.

I asked God, “How much do you love me?”

I have noticed lately, a lot of Christians these days don’t see the importance of understanding who Jesus actually is. They are of the understanding that we can’t really know exactly who He was and if we try, we are only fooling ourselves. There is also an idea that somehow we are or can be equal to Jesus. That we have exactly the same qualities as He and all we have to do is believe it.

Would you wash their feet?

Would you wash Joe Biden’s feet? Would you wash Donald Trumps feet? Your best friend who lied to you? Your spouse who betrayed you? Your sister, your brother, you father’s? Would you wash their feet? …… can I tell you, you should and so should I. Jesus would. Jesus did.
